OUR RETURN POLICY

All returns must be made within thirty (30) days of delivery. All returns must be in original box with all original packing in new and unused condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. The customer is responsible for the cost of a new carton (usually $1.50 to $8.00 depending on the size). There are no returns on special order units.

That's it! There are no hidden fees or charges. Unlike many "online" stores, we Do Not charge a 20%-25% restocking fee plus the shipping charges.
